Black label version with Side 1 / Side 2 to the left of the spindle hole, and the printed matrix to the right. Differs from this version [r1958994] as Side 1 is spelled Side One and Side 2 is Spelled Side Two on label. Additionally, printed matrix on bottom reads 1456, not LP-1456.
Additionally, there also exist a black label variation with printed matrix below the cat# at the bottom.
