Recorded at Kingsway Hall, London, 1979.
Comes in a box with a 12" x 36" fold-out sheet with notes in English, French and German.
"Made in Holland" on labels. "Made in England" on box.
Sides 1-3 have "Anglo-Soviet" on the labels, side 4 has "Universal Editions/Britico" on the the labels (a reissue exists where this is different).
