Released in April of 1957, THE GREATEST ROCK & ROLL (8001) was the debut LP in ATLANTIC Records' popular music series.
NOTE: "Steamboat" was the charting 'B' side to "Adorable."
First pressing on the black LONG PLAYING | UNBREAKABLE label with silver print.
No "pinwheel" logos on the jacket or labels.
On the back jacket:
-Upper left states "HIGH FIDELITY".
-Upper right has ATLANTIC 8001.
-Has the 157 West 57 Street address.
